Welcome to YMAA Eastern Connecticut Branch School. We are part of the YMAA International Global Schools, one of 47 schools. We are committed to teaching traditional Tai Chi Chuan in all its facets, health, self-defense and philosophy. We teach this low impact exercise in a relaxed friendly environment and tailor the instructions to meet student’s individual needs.

First week of classes are free, no obligation required.
